Graham crackers with frosting! I haven't had these forever! We used to have them at home to use up the extra Sugar Cookie frosting...but everytime I make sugar cookies, I never have grahams! So the other day we went to a luau and brought smore's stuff, and for once...we have grahams in the house! Although I hadn't made sugar cookies and didn't have frosting, I was craving these! I was telling Sean about them and he has Never had them...NEVER! Can you believe that?! So I had no choice...I had to make some frosting :) And you can't make sugar cookie frosting without putting food coloring in them...so I chose blue! And boy oh boy were they delicious!
Side note: If you don't get your fill of smore's around a fire...the stove works perfectly well to roast mallows over :) I know...we tried

Too funny that we love these things isn't it!? Especially when they sit for a while and get soft....mmmmm delicious!!!
