Ultrasound with the specialist

Minus the fact that we have a stubborn little guy, the ultrasound went great! It took an HOUR of ultrasounds to finally get a view of all the anatomy, but they weren't sending us home till they got it all. We had to take 2 breaks, have me lay on my side, then the other side, and two different doctors before they finally got it. And it's not that he wasn't moving, he just wasn't moving the way he needed to.  It's like he knew what they needed, but he was just playing with them! He would slowly turn his head toward where they needed it and right before they could see it, he turned back really quick! The tech was chasing him all over my stomach with the little wand. But I wasn't complaining, it was so fun to watch him play around in there! Needless to say, they weren't quick enough to get a good face shot for us... Little stinker. But at least they were able to reassure us that he is developing correctly and that's all I needed to know!
