April 1, 2011 Track meet at UVU

My husband is an AMAZING athlete!! He took first place at this meet with a throw of 230'-11.00" (70.38m)...which blew everyone out of the water by over 8 meters! And this wasn't even his best throw! (71.8 meters...235'8'')

Richardson, from Silver City, New Mexico, claimed first-place honors in the javelin throw at the Utah Valley University Invitational last weekend in Orem, Utah. Richardson registered a throw of 230'-11.00" (70.38m) to win the event. That mark, which beat the next closest competitor by over eight meters, ranks third all-time in MWC history. Richardson's throw also ranks first in the Conference and 15th in the NCAA this season.

BYU's Sean Richardson and Ada Robinson and TCU's Mychal Dungey earn the awards

BYU senior Sean Richardson and TCU senior Mychal Dungey have been selected as the Mountain West Conference Men's Co-Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, while BYU junior Ada Robinson has been named the Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week.

Amazing Athlete is right....to say the least!! SOOO cool to watch him throw, and yes...I agree with April and love that you support Sean 100% dear!! I love you two to pieces!! Congratulations Sean...keep up the great work!!!
