Secrets!!

I am HORRIBLE at keeping secrets! However...I did a pretty dang good job at keeping this one from Sean! I bought his graduation gift at the beginning of April, and just gave it to him TODAY!
We went to a shooting range a few weeks back so Sean could let out a little stress from school and just have fun! And since he has wanted a hand gun forever, I decided he needed one for graduation :) So I started talking to his brother DJ about what kind to get and if that would be a good gift. After getting his definite approval and advice...DJ and I went in together and got him a Springfield XDM .40 caliber! But since they had to do a background check on him at the store before they gave it to him, I didn't have anything to wrap up! I didn't want to just tell him and then go pick it up, that's LAME! So I went to the dollar store and bought a squirt gun :) We didn't have any plans for Wednesday and Sean wanted to get out of the house, so I decided to give him his gift today and not make him wait 2 more days till graduation.

He laughed when he opened it and said "You bought me a water pistol?? haha!!...Wait...does this mean you bought me a gun?!" He had no idea and was SOOOO excited! So then we went right then to go pick it up!

Then we went to Cabellas and bought a bunch of amo! He LOVES this present. He would take it out every night before bed and just look at it. He keeps telling me..."Now I can really protect us if anything happens!" I love to see him so excited :)
