WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!!

Well, technically "we" didn't buy the house, but I will start from the beginning...

A couple weeks ago, Sean's sister Sarah called Sean and said she had a great opportunity for us if we would like to take it. Her husband, Dayv is the top real estate agent in Maricopa county in AZ and they have been trying to talk us into moving to AZ to partner with him and help him out since he has too many clients. Well there was a house just a street away from them that was just about to go on the market for really cheap. So they said they wanted to BUY it for us so we will move down there and help them out! Sean calls me and tells me and of course I say "YES! When do we move??" Haha how can you say no to that?! But we did seriously think this through and made a list of all the pros and cons and we decided to go for it!
The house went up on the market last week and we were just "patiently" waiting to hear when they were going to put an offer in and when we would know if we got it or not and yesterday they did! This was an HUD house...which I don't technically know what that means, but no one has lived in the house for the past 2 years and they were just going to accept the highest offer. Dayv said there had been a TON of interest in the house since it was the cheapest house in Maricopa and there are way more buyers than there are homes to buy right now. Then he emailed us over the papers just in case we got it because if we did we would have to overnight the papers to them. By this time it was after 11pm. OF COURSE our printer was out of ink. Luckily Shyn was still up and let us come over to print out the papers. So by midnight they were all filled out and ready to send! We were told that we would find out today whether we got it or not (Yeah, try to sleep after news like that!) Not really having too high of expectations about getting this, I head out about 8:45 to go to work. Sean calls me not even 2 minutes later and says "Guess what?...WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!" AHHH!!! I didn't even know what to do! I wanted to jump and yell and screem, but of course I was driving, so i just cried a little haha. I didn't know what else to do! I am sooo happy! Apparently there were 25 other offers on the house and they picked ours!! Was this meant to be or what?!
We haven't even seen the house yet so I'm just dying to see it in person!! All I have are pictures to go off of. I've already started decorating the house in my head :)

And it's only 4 years old!!! I cannot WAIT to move in already! I am soooo sick of apartment living!

His family is soo amazing! I can't even believe how kind someone can be...who just BUYS a house for someone else?! We will pay them back of course, but we don't have to go through the bank and deal with a loan and interest. And they said that since we will be working with them, we should have no problem paying the house off in 2-3 years! How did we get so blessed to have such amazing people in our lives??! And this is sooooooo much more than I ever expected to have for our first house! However...I am very sad that my family will be so far away :( And unfortunately I don't think I will be able to convince my whole family to move to AZ. But we will still have SOME family close by! Sean's parents are only about 4-5 hours away, his brother 30 min away, and his sister and her family only a block away! I'm excited to get to know his side of the family more!

Also...more exciting news...SEAN GRADUATES SCHOOL NEXT FRIDAY!!
